Skip to content - The camp fee must be paid at the time of booking. If you cancel at least 30 days before departure, 50% of the amount will be refunded. You are welcome to sell your spot to someone else, and we will change the name at no charge.
- The tour operator reserves the right to change or cancel the trip; however, if a change results in a reduction in the value of the trip, the customer is entitled to a price reduction, except in cases of minor changes. In the event of a significant change or cancellation, the customer must be informed of any credit note or other arrangements. The customer will be entitled to sign up for a different camp instead.
- If there are 10 or fewer registrations, the trip may be canceled or postponed. In that case, you will receive a full refund of the camp fee.
- In the event of situations such as earthquakes, fires, epidemics, pandemics, or similar events, we can only be held liable for the cost of the camp if the participant’s travel insurance does not cover it. In such cases, we may decide to refund the money, postpone the camp, or issue a credit note for a future camp (valid for at least 12 months).
- All participants must bring both the blue EU Health Insurance Card and the standard yellow one. The blue EU Health Insurance Card is free and can be ordered through Citizen Services. Please allow up to 4 weeks from the time of ordering until you receive it.
- Participation in all camps is at your own risk. We recommend that all participants purchase travel insurance, as the blue EU Health Insurance Card does not cover all situations, such as repatriation.
- We take photos during our camps. These photos will only be used by Investering og Feriebolig for social media, advertising, flyers, or other purposes. If you do NOT wish to appear in the photos, please let us know before the camp begins.
- All participants must follow the rules and instructions on site.
- If a participant needs to leave camp earlier than planned, there will be no refund for any unused days.
