Our History
Investment and Vacation Homes was launched in 2020. At a time when the world had come to a standstill, the idea arose to make vacation home ownership accessible to more people.
Behind the company are Bjarke Wolmar and a team with experience from Investering and Studiebolig. The goal was to create a simple model that provides access to vacation homes without large loans or practical concerns.
Today, Investering og Feriebolig has grown into a community with hundreds of shareholders and properties in several European countries.
Our Vision
At Investering og Feriebolig, our vision is to make vacation home ownership accessible to many more people. We want to create a community where more people can gain access to vacation homes in Europe and experience the freedom that comes with investing in vacation memories.
Meet the Team
Our Team
Bjarke Wolmar
CEO and Founder
Bjarke is the CEO and founder of Investering og Feriebolig. He has overall responsibility for the company’s operations and development. In addition, he is actively involved in renting out the vacation homes, as well as overseeing, maintaining, and renovating them.
Bjarke also collaborates with companies and platforms to boost rental activity and create positive experiences for both shareholders and guests.
Mathias Svinth
Chief Financial Officer
Mathias is responsible for financial management, reporting to the board of directors, and overseeing the rental of vacation homes. In addition, he contributes to the day-to-day operations and the development of the company’s financial processes.
Mathias graduated from Aarhus University and previously worked as an auditor at EY, where he gained experience in accounting, auditing, and financial consulting.
Kenneth Nyby
Account Manager
Kenneth serves as the point of contact for both existing and potential shareholders. Among other things, he handles inquiries about the company's business model as well as questions regarding the purchase and sale of shares.
In addition, Kenneth contributes to informational materials and the ongoing dialogue with shareholders.
Sandra Lykke Nielsen
Head of Operations
Sandra handles rentals, customer service, and the day-to-day operations of the vacation homes. Among other things, she helps coordinate cleaning, liaise with contractors, and oversee the ongoing maintenance of the properties.
In addition, Sandra helps ensure that the vacation rentals always look inviting and function optimally for shareholders and guests. She also focuses on the Swedish market, where she works to attract Swedish customers to the vacation rentals.
Kristian Dahl-Hansen
Operations Coordinator
Kristian handles rentals, customer service, and the day-to-day operations of the vacation rentals. Among other things, he helps coordinate cleaning, liaise with contractors, and oversee the ongoing maintenance of the properties.
In addition, Kristian contributes to the ongoing renewal of the inventory and ensures positive experiences for shareholders.
Camilla Petersen

Camilla handles rentals, customer service, and operations-related tasks across all vacation homes. Among other things, she helps coordinate cleaning, liaise with contractors, and ensure the ongoing replacement of furnishings.
Camilla lives in Spain and therefore also helps manage the Spanish vacation rentals. She has a degree in service and marketing management and has extensive experience in service and customer experience.
Kasper Petersen

Kasper handles rentals, customer service, and operations-related tasks across all vacation rentals. Among other things, he helps coordinate cleaning, liaise with contractors, and ensure the ongoing replacement of furnishings.
Since Kasper lives in Spain, he also helps manage the vacation homes there and helps ensure that shareholders have a great experience.
Niels Christian Hansen

Niels handles bookkeeping and financial administrative tasks. He contributes to day-to-day financial operations and helps ensure structure and clarity in the company’s accounting work.
Marie Jørgensen Fogtmann
Marketing Coordinator
Marie is in charge of marketing and the website at Investering og Feriebolig. Her responsibilities include email marketing, SEO, social media, and optimizing and maintaining the website and booking system.
She has a degree in marketing and subsequently earned a professional bachelor's degree in e-commerce.
Alberte Lavendt
student assistant
Alberte assists with communications with existing and potential shareholders. Among other things, she handles inquiries about the company's business model and performs administrative tasks related to the purchase and sale of shares.
Alberte holds a bachelor's degree in business administration (HA) from the University of Southern Denmark. She is currently pursuing a cand.merc. degree in business and market development at the University of Southern Denmark.
Area Managers
Our area managers assist with the day-to-day operation of the vacation rentals in each destination. They ensure that the rentals are ready for arrival, coordinate cleaning and maintenance, and serve as local contacts when practical issues arise during a stay.

Leif Beck-Fallesen
Chairperson
Leif Beck Fallesen holds a Master of Political Science degree and has experience as CEO and editor-in-chief at Dagbladet Børsen. He is currently known as an economic commentator on TV2 and also serves as chairman of the board of Scandinavian Information Audit.
Eva Kjer Hansen
Member
Holds a Master of Political Science degree. Former member of the Danish Parliament and former minister. Currently serves as director of Dialog mod Vold and holds several board positions, including one at PostNord.
Stefan Birkebjerg Andersen
Member
Master of Arts in History from the University of Southern Denmark (SDU) in 1988, as well as various leadership training programs and courses, including some from INSEAD. Former City Manager of Odense Municipality since 2015; prior to that, he held several director-level positions within the municipality, as well as senior leadership roles in Kolding Municipality on two separate occasions since 2001.
