How do I become a shareholder?
Aktierne kan tegnes løbende, men vi beder først om indbetaling til kapitalforhøjelser, som foregår 2-3 gange årligt. Hvis du ønsker at tegne aktier i Investering og Feriebolig skal du først hente en tegningsblanket. Du kan hente materiale her.
Når tegningsblanketten er udfyldt skal den sendes til contact@investeringogferiebolig.dk.
Så snart vi har godkendt tegningsblanketten, modtager du et velkomst brev, samt bookingkoden, så du kan komme i gang med at booke boliger med det samme.
Efter tegningsfristen indkalder vi kapitalen og du modtager her et kontonummer og indbetaler din investeringssum til en deponeringskonto hos Skov Advokater i Vejle. Advokaten kontrollerer, om alle betingelser for kapitalforhøjelsen er tilstede. Herefter gennemføres kapitalforhøjelsen, og du er medejer/aktionær.
What types of funds can I invest in?
You can use three different methods to invest:
- Regular savings
- Pension
- Company funds
Regular savings
Når tegningsblanketten er underskrevet, og kapitalforhøjelsen gennemføres, skal du overføre det beløb, du har tegnet for, til advokatfirmaet Skov Advokater i Vejle. Advokaten kontrollerer, om alle betingelser for kapitalforhøjelsen er tilstede. Herefter gennemføres kapitalforhøjelsen, og du er medejer/aktionær.
Pension
Du kan højest bruge 25% af din pension til investeringen, så det kræver, at du har ca. 450.000 kr. stående på din pension i banken (ratepension og kapitalpension). Almindelige arbejdsmarkedspensioner kan ikke anvendes (f.eks. Velliv, PFA og P+). Når du investerer med din pension, får du en ejerskabserklæring fra os, som du afleverer til din bank. Herefter overfører de beløbet du tegner for.
Company funds
Når tegningsblanketten er underskrevet, og kapitalforhøjelsen gennemføres, skal du overføre det beløb, du har tegnet for til advokatfirmaet Skov Advokater i Vejle. Advokaten kontrollerer, om alle betingelser for kapitalforhøjelsen er tilstede. Herefter gennemføres kapitalforhøjelsen, og du er medejer/aktionær.
When and how can you sell your shares?
Aktierne værdiansættes løbende baseret på uafhængige vurderinger af ejendommenes værdi. Der fastsættes herefter en kurs, der kan handles via Investering og Feriebolig eller direkte mellem aktionærerne.

What kind of return can you expect?
Det budgetterede afkast er på 3%, fordelt som 2,8% i værdistigninger og 0,2% i driftsresultat.

Will I be taxed on my vacation homes?
Investering og Feriebolig has received a binding advance ruling from SKAT confirming that the company’s shareholders will not be taxed on the vacation homes.
How much can I expect to be able to use the housing?
Der er ingen grænser for hvor mange uger eller boliger, man må booke. I prioriteringsrunden kan man ca. regne med at få tildelt 1 uge pr. 100.000 nominelle aktier.
Efter prioriteringsrunden åbner bookingsiden for fri booking. Her kan man booke lige så meget, man vil.
Are there any expenses as a shareholder?
No.
Der er ingen fællesudgifter, solidarisk hæftelse eller andre løbende omkostninger. Man betaler blot en billig sæsonbestemt lejepris, samt et gebyr til rengøring og forbrug når man bruger en feriebolig. Nemt og enkelt.
Are there mortgages on the homes?
No, all vacation homes are purchased with cash and are therefore free of any liens.
Will I receive a certificate of ownership?
Yes. We issue a share certificate to all new shareholders as legal proof of their purchase of the shares.
Skov Advokater in Vejle reviews and registers all new shareholders for each capital increase.

Bookingkoden fornyes 2 gange om året. Vi sender en mail med den opdaterede kode til alle aktionærer. Er du i tvivl om bookingkoden kan du ringe til 93 86 92 96 (hverdage kl. 9-15) eller skrive til contact@investeringogferiebolig.dk.
How do I book a vacation rental?
På computer
Klik på “Booking” i øverste højre hjørne. Her kan du vælge dato og finde den ønskede feriebolig eller destination.
Når du har valgt en bolig, finder du en boks til højre på siden (eller længere nede på siden), hvor du indtaster ankomstdato, afrejsedato og din bookingkode.
Herefter kommer du videre til booking, hvor du udfylder dine bookingdetaljer, herunder antal gæster, eventuel rabatkode og dine kontaktoplysninger, hvorefter du kan bekræfte din booking ved at trykke “Bestil nu”.
På mobil
Tryk på menuen (de tre streger) i øverste højre hjørne og vælg “Booking”. Herefter kan du vælge dato og finde den ønskede feriebolig.

How do I cancel a reservation?

Will I get a refund if I cancel a booking?
Afbestilling 91 dage eller mere før ankomst
Ved afbestilling 91 dage eller mere før ankomst, beholder vi et afbestillingsgebyr på 5 % af den oprindelige lejepris. Restbeløbet refunderes. Afbestillingsgebyret kan overføres til en ny booking lavet i forbindelse med annulleringen.
Afbestilling mellem 31 og 90 dage før ankomst
Afbestiller du mellem 31 og 90 dage før ankomst, refunderer vi 50 % af lejeprisen med det samme. Hvis boligen efterfølgende bliver genudlejet, refunderer vi yderligere op til den faktiske lejeindtægt fra den nye lejer minus 5% af den oprindelige lejepris.
Afbestilling mindre end 30 dage før ankomst
Ved afbestilling mindre end 30 dage før ankomst gives ingen refusion, medmindre boligen bliver genudlejet. I så fald får du refunderet det beløb, vi får ind fra ny lejer minus 5 % af den oprindelige lejepris.

Det er ikke tilladt at annullere en booking og booke nøjagtig den samme igen.
Frequently Asked Questions About Prioritization Rounds
How do the priority rounds work?
During each priority round, shareholders submit their vacation home requests in order of preference for the upcoming season. The more requests you submit, the greater the likelihood that some of your requests will be fulfilled. Investering og Feriebolig allocates the vacation homes among the shareholders.
How often are prioritization rounds held?
Two funding rounds are held each year.
Which vacation rentals are included in the priority rounds?
As a general rule, all vacation homes available to the company are included in the priority rounds—unless a vacation home is undergoing renovation or is unavailable for another reason.
Frequently Asked Questions About Housing
Who is allowed to use the vacation homes?
All shareholders have the right to use all vacation homes. In addition, family members and friends of shareholders may also use the booking site.
What should I do if something breaks?
If an accident happens and you accidentally break something—such as a glass—please contact us immediately. In most cases, we will simply ask you to replace it by purchasing a similar item.
What if something is missing from a vacation rental?

Is there Wi-Fi in the vacation rentals?
Not all accommodations have internet access. We try to set up internet access wherever possible. However, in some places this is not feasible. If the accommodation has internet access, we are not responsible for the quality of the service. If there are any issues, we will put you in touch with the provider, but we do not provide technical support.
Are there TVs in the vacation rentals?
All vacation rentals are equipped with a newer TV. In most cases, there is a Chromecast for streaming. As a general rule, there are no channels.
Are there washing machines in the vacation rentals?
Several of the vacation rentals have a washing machine. The booking page includes inventory lists* where you can see exactly what each rental includes.
Are bed linens and towels provided in the vacation rentals?
We try as much as possible to include linens and towels in the cleaning service. However, this is not possible in all vacation rentals. Information about linens and towels can be found on the booking page or in the PDF information sheet sent to you upon booking.
Where can I find keys?
This information is always included in the PDF you receive upon booking, which tells you where to find the keys to the vacation rental and how to gain access.
Are pets allowed in vacation rentals?
Pets are allowed in certain selected accommodations. The accommodations where pets are allowed are clearly marked in the catalog and on the booking page.
Is smoking allowed in the vacation rentals?
No, smoking is prohibited in all vacation rentals. If you smoke in the vacation rental, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of 1,000–3,000 DKK, depending on the size and location of the property.
How often are the vacation rentals cleaned?
All vacation rentals are cleaned after each guest. The cleaning fee is mandatory and is charged either at the time of booking or, at certain destinations, locally upon departure.

Who founded Investering og Feriebolig?
Investering og Feriebolig was founded in November 2020 by CEO Bjarke Wolmar.
Where did the idea come from?
The idea for Investering og Feriebolig originated from its sister company , Investering og Studiebolig,which specializes in the acquisition and renovation of properties in Copenhagen, Aarhus, and Odense for use by students—as directed by the company’s shareholders.
Who is "Investment and Vacation Homes" aimed at?
"Investment and Vacation Homes" is aimed at anyone who dreams of owning a vacation home. But as many people know, there are also many factors to consider. What is the state of the housing market? Do you need a lawyer? And what about taxes and maintenance?
With Investering og Feriebolig’s unique concept, you can save yourself a lot of hassle. You become a co-owner of 50 vacation homes, with more on the way. Whether you prefer a beach vacation on Spain’s southern coast, skiing in South Tyrol, or a cozy summer cottage getaway in Denmark is entirely up to you. There’s something for everyone.
How does Investering og Feriebolig select new properties?
The majority of the vacation homes the company purchases are based on the shareholders’ wishes—provided they fit within the conceptual framework. We have extensive experience in real estate transactions—both in Denmark and across Europe—and therefore only purchase properties that make financial sense. We do this, of course, with the shareholders’ financial interests and expectations of a reasonable return in mind.
What is Investering og Feriebolig's role besides purchasing properties?
Investering og Feriebolig handles day-to-day operations and other administrative tasks. For vacation rentals abroad, we have local managers who assist with cleaning and preparing the properties between guests.
