Your booking has now been canceled. If this was a mistake, please go back and book the accommodation again.
If you cancel 91 days or more before departure, you will be charged a 5% cancellation fee, but you can apply this amount toward a new booking.
If you cancel no later than 31 days before departure, you will receive a 50% refund of the rental price. If we are able to rent the property to someone else, you will receive an additional 45% of the remaining 50% back.
If you cancel less than 30 days before departure, you will not receive a refund unless we find a new tenant for those days. If the dates are booked by someone else, you will receive 95% of the rental price back—you are welcome to find tenants among friends and acquaintances to take over the booking. We will make sure to release the property on the booking site, but we are not responsible for finding a new tenant.
