1. Payment

Investering og Feriebolig A/S accepts online payments via Visa/Dankort, Mastercard,
Mobilepay Online, and Maestro.


Payment will not be charged to your account until the booking is confirmed, unless otherwise agreed at
or specified in your order.
When paying with Visa Electron and Mastercard Debit, which are debit cards, the payment will be reserved on your account in accordance with your card’s terms and conditions until we either charge or
decline the payment.

The website uses the following currencies for pricing:

Denmark – Danish Krone (DKK)

Investering og Feriebolig A/S uses a secure payment server that encrypts all
information using the SSL protocol, which means your data is secure and cannot be read by
third parties.
Investering og Feriebolig’s own website also uses SSL
encryption.

2. Cancellation Policy

It is NOT permitted to cancel a booking and then rebook the same reservation in order to take advantage of any last-minute discounts or similar offers.

Cleaning and utilities – always refunded

No matter when you cancel, we will always refund the full amount you paid for your stay. If you cancel your reservation at least 3 days before your departure, we will refund the amount paid for cleaning.

Example:
If you have paid 900 DKK for cleaning and utilities, you will receive a refund for this amount, regardless of when you cancel.

Cancellation 91 days or more before arrival

For cancellations made 91 days or more before arrival, we will retain a cancellation fee of 5% of the original rental price. The remaining amount will be refunded.
The cancellation fee can be applied to a new booking made in connection with the cancellation.

Example:
Rental price: 5,000 DKK
– Cancellation fee: 5% of 5,000 DKK = 250 DKK
– Refund: 4,750 DKK
– The 250 DKK can be applied to a new booking if you choose a different week.

Cancellation between 31 and 90 days before arrival

If you cancel between 31 and 90 days before arrival, we will refund 50% of the rental price immediately.
If the property is subsequently re-rented, we will refund an additional amount up to the actual rental income from the new tenant, minus 5% of the original rental price.

Example 1 – no subletting:
Rental price: 5,000 DKK
– You receive 2,500 DKK (50%)
– The remaining 2,500 DKK is lost.

Example 2 – The property is re-rented at full price (5,000 DKK):
– You receive 2,500 DKK upon cancellation
– We receive 5,000 DKK from the new tenant
– You receive an additional 2,500 DKK – 250 DKK (cancellation fee) = 2,250 DKK
– In total, you will receive 4,750 kr. back
– We will retain 250 kr. (5% of 5,000 kr.)

Example 3 – The property is re-rented at a discount (4,000 DKK):
– You receive 2,500 kr. upon cancellation
– We receive 4,000 kr. from the new tenant
– You receive an additional 1,500 kr. – 250 kr. (cancellation fee) = 1,250 kr.
– In total, you get 3,750 kr. back
– You lose 1,250 kr. in total

Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival

If you cancel less than 30 days before arrival, no refund will be issued unless the property is re-rented. In that case , you will be refunded the amount we receive from the new tenant, minus 5% of the original rental price.

Example 1 – no subletting:
Rental price: 5,000 DKK
– You will receive 0 DKK back
– Cleaning and utilities are still refunded

Example 2 – The property is re-rented at full price (5,000 DKK):
– We receive 5,000 DKK from the new tenant
– You receive 5,000 DKK – 250 DKK = 4,750 DKK back
– We keep 250 DKK (5% of your original price)

Example 3 – The property is re-rented at a discount (4,000 DKK):
– We receive 4,000 DKK from the new tenant
– You receive 4,000 DKK – 250 DKK = 3,750 DKK back
– You lose a total of 1,250 DKK

Important – About Discounts and Rebooking

You cannot cancel a booking and then rebook the same period at a lower, discounted rate.
If the canceled week is booked by someone else at a lower rate, your refund will never exceed the amount we receive from the new renter, minus 5% of your original rental price.

3. Customer & Privacy Policy

We do not sell personal information and do not disclose your personal information
to others; it is stored only in our customer database. You may have your
information deleted at any time.
In order for you to enter into an agreement with Investering og Feriebolig A/S, we require the following
information:

. Phone number
. Email address
We collect your personal information for the purpose of delivering the product
to you. The personal information will be shared with area managers in connection with the booking, as they need it to perform their work related to the rental.

Personal data is recorded by Investering og Feriebolig A/S and retained for up to five
years, after which the data is deleted.

When personal data is collected through our website, we ensure that this always occurs
only after you have given your explicit consent, so that you are fully informed about exactly what
information is being collected and why.

We do not store or transmit customer information in encrypted form.

A complaint regarding a product or service may be submitted to the Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes

You can file a complaint with the Center for Complaint Resolution via the Complaint Portal for Nævnenes Hus (Link).
For EU citizens outside the EU, complaints must be submitted via the European Commission’s online

6. Prices

All prices are per vacation rental, and we currently distinguish between four different seasons. These seasons are determined prior to each priority round and may therefore vary from year to year. We reserve the right to correct any errors in prices listed on our website, in catalogs, and in brochures.

By default, weeks run from Saturday to Saturday. During peak season, bookings must be made for a full week from Saturday to Saturday.
During the rest of the year, we allow bookings for non-standard periods, such as Monday through Wednesday the week
after.

In addition to the rental price, a cleaning fee is added as standard, unless otherwise specified.
