Experience the French Riviera all year round
The French Riviera is a classic destination that always lives up to expectations. Here you’ll find wide sandy beaches, the turquoise-blue Mediterranean Sea, world-class restaurants, and historic cities like Monaco, Nice, and Cannes. You can also explore charming mountain villages and visit some of Europe’s most famous art museums, including the Chagall Museum, the Picasso Museum, and the Fondation Maeght.
With over 300 days of sunshine a year and a mild climate, Sainte-Maxime is an ideal vacation destination no matter the season. Summers are warm and sunny, while spring and fall offer temperatures similar to those of a Danish summer. Even in November, the water is warm enough for a dip.
About the apartment
This bright vacation apartment, measuring approximately 40 m², features a covered terrace where you can sit in the shade and enjoy the view of the entrance to the Bay of Saint-Tropez. The beach is just 900 meters away, and there’s a lovely outdoor swimming pool only 50 meters from the apartment.
The apartment sleeps three people, with one bedroom featuring a double bed and an extra sleeping space in the living room. The decor is simple and functional, and there is a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals at home. Wi-Fi is available in the apartment (please note that the quality may vary).
Please note that there is no air conditioning, but thanks to its location near the sea, the temperature remains comfortable even during the summer months. There are also plenty of parking options in the area.

Nice apartment with a nice kitchen. We had rented both apartments for a family with three older children/teens. This apartment had more space for meals in the shade on the terrace, while 308 has a slightly smaller but sunnier terrace. We liked the nearby beach for a morning dip (10-minute walk) and the larger beach for longer days at the water’s edge (20-minute walk). Lots of fish—don’t forget your snorkel gear!
Fantastic apartment, well-designed and well-equipped. Amazing view. Highly recommended.
Best for two people and possibly one child.
Visited in May, before the high season—it’s really nice. There’s greenery everywhere and not too many people.
A lovely little apartment with a fantastic view. Within walking distance of the beach and a nice pool. We were there in April and had wonderful weather for walks on the beach.
New wooden flooring on the terrace, which raises the level so you have a perfect view from the terrace. New furniture and plenty of comfort for 3 people.
I see that someone wrote that you have to climb up to the apartment. That’s only true if you park down below and take the long walk up. You should park in the parking lot above, and from there it’s maybe 10 steps down and 75 meters to the apartment. There aren’t any cars right next to the apartment, which is wonderful. You’re staying in a beautiful subtropical park!
The property is located on hilly terrain, but the effort it takes to get there is more than rewarded by the beautiful view.
It’s close to many tourist attractions, but having a car is definitely an advantage if you want to explore the area.
There was a heat wave while we were there, so it was nice to cool off in the pool. Even though it’s a shared pool for all the apartments, there was always plenty of space and a great atmosphere by the pool.
The apartment could use a little TLC, but considering the location, that’s more than made up for by the affordable price.
Fantastic view of the blue Mediterranean—though from the terrace, you can only see it when you’re standing up—well-maintained grounds, and comfortable beds. BUT access to the vacation rental—and short walks within the development itself—is absolutely not suitable for people with mobility issues and is also challenging for the rest of us carrying luggage, no matter which parking area you choose. I didn’t immediately find any walking access to “hiking areas” from the apartment; for example, you can’t walk on the beach itself. You can only walk along the road. This means you have to drive every time you want to do anything. Sainte-Maxime is a nice town, but it’s definitely not within walking distance.
The apartment is in desperate need of an upgrade.
A lovely apartment with a stunning view of the surrounding area and the sea. Located in a quiet neighborhood. There are plenty of opportunities for beautiful excursions
and to mountain villages.
Not a very big apartment, but one where air conditioning would be a nice touch. A little worn, but it had everything you needed. FANTASTIC view, and very quiet. About 500 m to a lovely beach 🙂
Access to the apartment is NOT suitable for people with mobility issues, as you have to climb a steep hill from the parking lot. The location is only suitable for people in good physical condition. This is important to note! There are many stairs and a steep incline. The pool is located a short distance down the hill.
The apartment is in need of renovation. It was unbearably hot (week 32) without air conditioning. The two small fans didn’t help much. The double bed is new and nice. The two couches in the living room are very worn and need to be replaced. Small TV screen. The kitchen is sparsely equipped.
The view of the bay is perfect!
Suitable for two adults and 1–2 small children.
