This newly renovated apartment features a bright, modern interior and can accommodate up to 6 people—4 in two separate bedrooms and 2 more on the sofa bed in the living room. From the sunny terrace, you’ll enjoy a fantastic view of both the sea and the surrounding area, and it’s the perfect spot for relaxed meals or a glass of wine in the evening sun.
As a guest, you’ll have access to a large communal pool area and lush parks where you can enjoy the warm summer days. The pool is located close to the residence, yet out of the way, and is perfect for a refreshing dip when the sun is high in the sky. In addition, you’ll find restaurants just a few minutes’ walk away, while the Costa Blanca’s largest shopping center, Zenia Boulevard, is just 2 km away and is ideal for a walk or a short drive to enjoy both shopping and dining. When you’re ready to feel the sand between your toes, the beach is just a 10-minute drive away.
Location and Transportation
The apartment is located in Orihuela Costa, an area where the beach, shopping, and city life are all nearby. Alicante Airport is about a 45-minute drive away, and we recommend renting a car so you can easily combine relaxation with day trips to nearby towns and beaches.
Within a short drive, you'll also find exciting places to visit:
- Elche: Europe's city with the most palm trees (about 40 min. by car).
- Alicante: A charming coastal town with a beach promenade, shopping, and cultural attractions (about 1 hour by car).
- Cartagena: A historic port city founded by Carthage, rich in culture and stories (about 40 minutes by car).
Practical information
- Final cleaning is mandatory and costs 1,130 DKK, which includes linens for the double bed, towels, pool towels, and dish towels.
- A daily fee of 21 DKK per person will be charged and automatically added to the total price. Please be sure to specify the correct number of people when booking.

There’s a path along the beach to Torrevieja, just under 6 km from the apartment—well worth a visit. Be sure to eat at Olympos, a truly wonderful Greek restaurant. We also visited both Cartagena and Murcia—definitely worth a visit.
Definitely one of the best apartments we've stayed in in Spain. Good shopping options, but you have to drive a bit to find good restaurants. Lovely rooftop terrace with sun in the morning (November). It was really nice to have a dishwasher and a washing machine, and plenty of space to dry clothes.
There were five of us for two weeks in August. A very functional apartment with comfortable beds and two lovely terraces. It was great to have a washing machine and a dishwasher. Good air conditioning. A car is required.

A lovely, spacious apartment that’s nicely furnished. A wonderful, large rooftop terrace with a grill. A beautiful pool area and a nice gym. We’re looking forward to summer when we’ll visit the apartment again. Visited in week 17 of 2024.
Nice place to stay—a large linden tree, perfect for two people.
The area and amenities are great, though it would have been nice to have a south- or west-facing terrace during the winter months, when the sun isn’t as strong.

A really nice apartment that we visited in week 52, 2023. There were four of us adults, and there was plenty of space. It’s also possible for one or two people to sleep in the living room. A lovely rooftop terrace with a view of the ocean.

Vacation for 2 adults in Week 13, 2023
A lovely, well-appointed apartment with a really nice rooftop terrace in a quiet neighborhood. We booked a taxi from the airport and managed just fine without a car, which is fine. You can walk to the beach, but you have to cross the main road via a footbridge. It took us a little while to find it. The pool area is very nice.
A well-maintained home in a quiet area—at least in March. The pool area is nice and also includes a small fitness room. There are plenty of opportunities for an active vacation in the area. I would consider returning.
