Cómpeta is a very charming, small, white town in classic Spanish style. If you have really good mountain legs, you can walk down to the town, otherwise it takes 1 minute by car. There are various restaurants and wine bars, and from time to time there are parties in the square with live music. When that happens, just follow the sound and you will find the square behind the town hall, where all the locals, young and old, gather for the town festival.
