The town is a northern suburb of Paris and is worth a visit in its own right. The town is known for its spa baths and named after the beautiful Enghien Lake.

It takes 15 minutes to walk down the main street to the lake that gave the town its name. Here, there is the opportunity to go to the theater, visit the casino or be pampered in a spa.
