The vacation rental is located just 11 km from Tivat Airport. You can also fly to Podgorica or Dubrovnik if you’d like more travel options.

- The final cleaning is mandatory and costs 500 euros, including linens and towels. The amount is payable in cash at the end of your stay.
- A daily fee of 21 DKK per person will be charged and automatically added to the total price. Please be sure to specify the correct number of people when booking.

Superfint hus til større grupper – med en virkelig smuk udsigt over bugten, særligt på klare aftener, hvor det fyger med stjerneskud. Det kræver en rutineret bilist at køre rundt her, men når først du er landet og lærer vejene at kende, venter en helt særlig ferieoplevelse. Området er meget kuperet, og det er derfor noget krævende at bevæge sig på gåben mellem huset og havet. Til gengæld er vandet en fest for de badelystne. Den lille by er hverken turistet eller supermoderne. Her er en hyggelig lokalstemning og flere fine spisesteder. Det er muligt at arrangere sejlture ved turistkontoret tæt på huset, blandt andet til den helt fantastiske Blue Cave. En oplevelse, som virkelig kan anbefales.
The house has everything you need, and it was great to have air conditioning in every room. Beautiful views in a quiet area. However, there were quite a few stray dogs that made noise and came onto the terrace several times.
The entire area/town is characterized by very steep hills, which people of all ages find difficult to walk on. It’s also important to note that renting a car is a must, as it’s located far from the beach and city life. The “beach” below is for adults only, since you jump directly into the sea.
Panoramic views of Kotor Bay and a 3-minute walk to the beach via a path from the house. There is a grocery store, a bakery, and 5–10 restaurants within walking distance. The terrain rises steeply from the coast, which is why the view is fantastic.
It’s lovely to walk along the beach in this small town, and there are plenty of attractions within a 30-minute drive—small coastal towns, Tivat, Porto Montenegro, Budva, Kotor, and lots of nature.
Tivat Airport is a 15-minute drive from the house.
I was here on a shareholders’ trip with 10 shareholders, and the house works perfectly for a slightly larger group—combining privacy and togetherness.
Only 4 stars for accommodation and comfort, as it’s just missing the finishing touches in a few places. This will be rectified in spring 2025.
